Whoever recites Surah Al-Kahf on Friday will have a light shining for him between the two Fridays.
Scholars differ. Some, including al-Hakim and in later times al-Albani, graded it authentic as a statement of the Prophet peace be upon him. Others considered the stronger chains to stop at Abu Sa'id himself. Many scholars note that a Companion's statement about a specific reward like this would not be said from personal opinion. Reading Al-Kahf on Friday is widely practised on this basis.
